With a background since childhood rooted in high-performance sales and the disciplined world of sport horse training & trading, I bring a results-driven and highly strategic approach to real estate. Spending 15 years in training and developing successful sport horses shaped my ability to assess value, manage high-stakes decisions and operate with focus under pressure. I am Italian and Spanish, and through my career in sport I have travelled extensively around the world, developing a strong international perspective and cultural adaptability. I speak English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and French which allows me to work seamlessly with a global clientele.
For the past five years, I have been fully immersed in the Costa del Sol real estate market, working closely with international clients and gaining in-depth knowledge of Costa del Sol. This combination of market expertise and strategic thinking allows me to identify opportunities that go beyond the obvious. As co-founder of DOMIVIUM CAPITAL, my focus is to ensure that every client benefits from a structured, intelligent and discreet acquisition process where each decision is aligned with long-term value and clarity.

With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur in marketing, sales, and events, I bring a broad commercial and strategic skill set to the Spanish real estate market. In the Netherlands, I built my own company, developing a strong network and gaining extensive experience in guiding clients and delivering successful projects.
My passion for real estate has been a consistent thread throughout my career. Driven by this interest, I have actively immersed myself in the property sector and have personally completed several real estate projects, acquiring, renovating, and successfully repositioning properties in the market. This hands-on experience provides me with a deep understanding of both the buying and selling process, as well as value creation within real estate.
Within the company, I primarily focus on connecting the Dutch and international market with Spain. I guide clients through every stage of the process—from initial orientation and acquisition to sales and investment. My strength lies in combining commercial drive, personal commitment, and a keen eye for opportunities, enabling me to help clients achieve their real estate goals in Spain with confidence and success.
